ASANTE
RIDER 1
32"h x 24.5"w
SOLD

This object has been vetted as being authentic with signs of use and age.

This wonderfully playful and unique figure used to roll, but has lost two of its wheels. The rider's arms and the horse's legs are carved from seperate pieces of wood. Wearing modern clothing and here, being European, many Asante figures are referred to as colonial figures.
