Despite its appearance, this Bali elephant masks shows no evidence of age or use and was probably made to be sold.

There is alot of obvious damage and wood loss. There is a large crack, now stable, on the back left side of the mask. Both tusks have been broken, one is crudely repaired, the end of the other is missing.
