The crossbar has one matching hole and a metal covering. The crossbar
is fairly tight and probably not the correct or original piece.
This doorlock has been mounted on a metal base which is included in the
price. It has a crossbolt and is operational. The crossbolt is lightly wedged
in place (in a sort of centered position), but can be slid to the left to
the locked position.
