KUBA STYLE BEADED WRISTBANDS, DRC
Although excellent examples of Kuba beadwork, these beaded wristbands were probably made to be sold.
They are tightly beaded with cowrie shells. We think numbers 21, 22, 24 and 25 would be too stiff to actually wear (unless you want to wear them as in the picture below). All but 24 have ties to fasten.
