This large bed/bench has been vetted as authentic.
Lobi beds, like their stools, are carved from single blocks of wood into wonderfully simple forms. This narrow one has three pairs of legs. We have added several small bumpers underneath to stabilize it. The cracks are all stable and minor. There is an abstract design carved across the top 1/4 of the way down from the right end that is almost worn away (see detail below).
