This panel has been vetted as authentic with signs of use and age.
The beadwork on this panel is in excellent condition, with no bead loss. The design is free-flowing, with diamond-like shapes dominating a subtle gray design. The overall cloth is worn but intact and still has the fabric strips, with old velvet, that hang off the bottom. The strap has probably been replaced. The fiber board inside the cloth is rigid.
The panels are worn, usually in pairs, in public ceremonies by Ifa priestesses. The measurement is the height of the panel and strap followed by the width of the panel.
