This forked post is unusually plain, with no inscribed lines, only one raised rectangular form (see detail below).
Forked tigettewin posts were used in various ways in each Tuareg
family's tent, holding leather bags or supporting one end of a wooden rod
which in turn held saddle and camel bags.
